Time-outs can be experienced when shipping / cancelling orders. This is currently being investigated

The issue was just related with the feedback. Order items have been correctly shipped in our back end. The process status time-out can be ignored. We will continue to investigate the feedback mechanism tomorrow morning and update this post

Another consequence is that FBB/Lvb orders are not being exposed since 18:27 yesterday evening

The status of orders is not up-to-date in the orders endpoints. This means that orders that were shipped since 18:27 yesterday had no status update in those endpoints. In the SDD the status is accurate and we are working on updating the orders endpoints as soon as possible

The cause of the issue has been fixed around 09:15. Unexpected time-outs for shipping/cancelling orders are gone since that moment. We also started to process the missed status updates (and FBB/Lvb orders) in the orders endpoints

Missed order updates and Lvb orders are still being updated. We will give a final update to this post when it's done. Expectation is around or just after lunch
