[Resolved] Offer calls end up in timeouts or 500

Since 16:45 we experience timeouts on offer create and update endpoints.

We are working on a solution

Update 17:35: it is also possible that you received a 500 for all offer calls.

Update 18:10: everthing is back to normal. It could be possible that some process status id end up in time out but the status was failure or succes.
