[Resolved] Several orders placed last weekend come through with a delay

Unfortunately, several orders were stuck last Friday to Monday. These orders come through with a delay. You can process the orders in the usual way. We will of course prevent strikes from being given due to this malfunction.
Possible consequences:
- Orders sent via bol (Vvb) may end up in 'FBR'.
- The customer may have ordered twice.
- The customer no longer needs the item.
Do you see duplicate orders? Then it is wise to ask the customer whether they need more than one, or whether the double order was a result of the malfunction. Please note: an order will expire 3 working days after the final delivery date.
