Requirements Sustainability Program

Requirements

We want to make the lives of our sellers as easy as possible, and you, as our Sustainability Partner, contribute to that. In order to qualify for the Sustainability Program, your service/product offering should at least include the following features:

• Help partners with either Sustainability Insights, reducing or compensating
• Offers partner support (response-time within a business day)
• Uses no EOL versions of API
• Has presented it's services to bol.com
• Meets bol.com basic Security standard
• Passed bol.com basic API Connection analysis (if applicable)

As we are starting up our Sustainability Program, we currently award only Silver labels to our Sustainability Partners. (At least) once a year, we’ll revise the requirements of the program in collaboration with our ecosystem partners. Through this process, we try to maintain an accurate and high quality listing of certified partners.
