Selling successfully on bol means staying compliant with an increasingly complex set of regulations and marketplace requirements. The Compliance category connects partners with trusted experts who help them navigate legal, fiscal, product, and platform-specific obligations.

As a compliance partner of bol, you will be part of our ecosystem and join us in our goal to make the life of our sellers easier. The purpose of this program is to strengthen collaboration, increase our businesses and improve the performance of sellers on the bol platform.

You help our partners by getting their operations and assortment compliant with EU, local and/or bol regulations. Together we strive for compliance across the board, helping partners overcome their compliance challenges in the ever evolving landscape of legislation.

Category setup

All compliance partners in the ecosystem are validated based on their expertise, proven experience supporting bol partners, and their ability to deliver tangible compliance outcomes.

The category is divided into three areas of expertise:

Product Compliance

Support with product-related legislation and requirements, including GPSR, CE marking, EPR, energy labels, battery regulations, product documentation, and other product safety obligations.

Company Compliance

Support with business-level compliance requirements, including VAT registration, OSS, cross-border VAT compliance, import services, and other regulatory obligations for selling across Europe.

bol-Specific Compliance

Support with bol-specific policies, requirements, and operational compliance topics, helping partners meet marketplace standards and avoid unnecessary risks or disruptions.
