The Retailer information endpoint has received some changes.
The following fields have been added to the response body:
- Company name
- VAT number
- KVK number
You can use these fields to offer merchants a buttery-smooth onboarding process. Gone are the days of manually entering these fields. Fetch the existing data from bol!
This improves the experience of your users by reducing manual data input, and it reduces the chances of errors happening due to mismatching information.
These fields have been added to the existing GA endpoint. This means that you do not need to migrate to a new (beta/preview) version of the endpoint to benefit from them!
This approach contrasts with how we have operated in the past. Where any change, even non-breaking, would require a new version to be implemented.
By taking this approach we hope to reduce the time you need to invest to benefit from new features. This approach is a result of our renewed versioning strategy (1, 2).

You can now use the Retailer information endpoint to fetch your own retailer id.
If you enter ‘current’ as retailer id parameter, we will derive the retailer id from your credentials and return the response as if you had entered your own retailer id.
